UL 752 Certified Ballistic Resistance

These doors and frames are built with a proprietary ballistic core and are certified and third-party tested in accordance with UL 752 and NIJ standards.
Custom Fabrication
Each door and frame is custom-made to your required size and door preparation, with a maximum door width of 48” and height of 96”. Custom sizes and bullet resistant view windows are available to meet specific application needs.
Fire-Rated Options
Doors can be supplied with a UL fire rating of up to three hours per UL Standard 10C, providing both ballistic and fire protection in one assembly. (Note: Fire ratings are not available for all configurations—consult for details.)
Robust Construction
Doors feature minimum 16-gauge steel faces with internal steel stiffeners, welded flush edges, and top and bottom caps for enhanced structural integrity.
A standard 3'0" x 7'0" door weighs approximately 275 lbs and comes equipped with at least four 4.5″ heavy-weight hinges.
For doors wider than 36" or taller than 84", a continuous hinge rated for 500 lbs or five heavy-weight hinges is recommended (4'0" x 8'0" door weighs approx. 385 lbs).
Ballistic Resistant Frames
Constructed from 16-gauge steel and reinforced with armor plating on the threat side.
Fully continuously welded for strength.
Includes welded anchors: a minimum of four per jamb up to 7'0", and five per jamb up to 8'0".
Finish
Supplied in a ready-to-paint primer finish.

Flush doors only, providing a clean and secure profile ideal for high-security applications.
