UL 752 is a ballistic-resistance standard used to evaluate the ability of building components and materials to resist specified firearm and ammunition threats. Different UL 752 levels correspond to different ballistic threats.
Level 3 provides protection against the specified .44 Magnum handgun threat, while Level 8 is designed for the specified 7.62mm x 51 (.308) rifle threat. Level 8 requires a significantly heavier and thicker ballistic glazing construction.

Yes. A ballistic window only protects the window opening. If the complete area requires ballistic protection, the surrounding walls, doors, frames, and other penetrations should be designed to provide the required protection level.
Customer is responsible for unloading all freight shipments. Prior to delivery, you must arrange for a forklift, loading dock, or other suitable equipment and personnel capable of safely unloading the shipment. Freight carriers are not responsible for unloading material from the truck unless a specific unloading service has been arranged in advance.
Failure to have the proper equipment, personnel, or facilities available to receive and unload the shipment is not grounds for refusing delivery, cancellation, or return.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges resulting from re-delivery, missed delivery attempts, storage, detention, or changes to the delivery address after the order has shipped.
